Wow! As an African I had no idea about Japan doing such things and experiments as European former colonial powers and their friends did to Africans and it is so important we know it. We need to know, so we do not make the same mistakes as human beings and so we hold those that made such horrific decisions and actions accountable to not repeating such mistakes or even thinking about committing them as acceptable or normal again knowing they historically are capable of such actions others would not even consider.
