The last game i watched him was his returned from injury...Kotoko vs Hearts at Kumasi sports stadium i think 95/96 he scored and Shamo too equalised. Joe Debra, Shamo Quaye and Abedi are the players that made me fall in love with football. Joe was a magnificent player but he was never better than Shamo. Each one had their own strengths and weaknesses. They were equal in a lot of ways. Don’t be biased with your choice cos you’re a Kotoko fan. Joe himself knows that your opinion is inaccurate. Shamo was deadly as Joe.

Joe Debrah was similar to CR7. Shamo was Messi. Joe is hardworking and full of running. Shamo was gifted and talented. Kamal you cannot say Joe is better than Shamo Leather. Joe is very good. I wonder why he did not play to the highest. I am happy for him.

Joe was better than shamo, when Bucchard coached the stars, the only local forward he selected from the then satellites to play for the black stars was Joe. Shamo and all were snobbed .

@@adjeipadi9808 Bukhard is a German and their style of play suits JD, unlike Shamo who is slower but very good on the ball. For instance JD suits Klopps style of play than Pep. JD is more of running and fighting for the ball. SQ had better ball possession than JD. They are both very good players.
