I remember living on the westbank as a high schooler and constantly hearing about this dude from Higgins HS who nobody could stop. When I finally saw him play, I was blown away by the talent I was witnessing. Skyler is part of the era when Louisiana boys stayed home and wanted to play for the home team. That game winner he is famous for made e lose my voice for a week. Another Louisiana legend in my book.
