Didn't know too much about Jimmy other than he was a former player and Kevin Hayes' brother. Ever since he died I've learned more and more about the man he was and it makes his death hit harder every time I hear a new story about him. Hockey players are known to be some of the most down to Earth athletes but each story I hear about Jimmy makes it seem that he took that to new levels. I feel like I know just a small bit of who he was but that's enough to tell me Jimmy will long be remembered as just an overall great guy. Prayers to the Hayes family, the barstool family and everyone in Boston who loved Jimmy. Rip Broadway.

Listened tot he whole episode on podcast yesterday. Excited to watch the full thing. Jose Theodore was my idol growing and I legit idoliZed this guy. Would have been nice to hear about Paris Hilton or the women he would get but the Montreal and Washington stories were amazing. Wish there was more out there but he aint a social media guy. Thanks Chiclets for posting

This was an all time episode boys. Amazing interview with Jose Theodore. I didn't know Jimmy Hayes personally but me and long with many other listeners felt like we got to know him a little through the stories told on here and his pod. The stories about Jimmy speak not only to his character but how he just treated people. He touched many more people than he knows and that you guys know speaking about a his life. The Hockey community was better because of Jimmy Hayes. Rest easy Broadway

Ryan, I am Kristen's cousin who she grew up with and my heart is absolutely crushed for her and the boys. I want to say what a beautiful tribute that was to Jimmy and I am so sorry for your loss. Beauy and Mac will watch this one day with an immense amount of pride and a better understanding for who their dad was as a person. Jimmy is watching down with a smile for what you did here. ❤️

i've watch the jose theodore part in the past, but I could never bring myself to watch the ending tribute to Jimmy Hayes. I was born in 1988 so he's a year younger than me, I remembered playing for Philips Exeter and scrimmaging against one of Jimmy's teams. And he was always chirping folks just absolute savage and like Whit said "life isn't fair, but its precious." I couldn't make it thru without crying, he was such a special person and the sandbagger immortalized Jimmy Hayes in my mind. So thank you for producing it.

ahhh ya,...Best Episode yet. That honesty, the humility, the back and forth humour,..yes,...I certainly got that in a lot of dressing rooms playing hockey as a Canadian kid. But these guys went beyond that and played at the top level with the absolute baller players maybe ever. That they are still open, reflective, but mostly hilarious with their recollections and honest opinions of what was going on makes this. Thanks. You guys are on it. Cheers.
