I think the committees that Congress has looking at this topic do not have Subpoena power, and I don't think people in DOD that are in a position to know are going to testify voluntary. Congress needs to empower a Select Committee with the power to Subpoena witnesses and documents if need be. I highly doubt we'll see something that would do so right by the American People, but that would be the ideal way to go about it in my opinion.

The simple answer is that everybody and their granny knows that the DOD officials are pushed forward to tell bold lies and they do not respect the Rule of Law and have no intention of being held Personally Accountable. Accordingly, not a single word that they utter can be relied upon for truth or accuracy.

Because it's so compartmentalized they can say "there's nothing to it" based on what they've been told and how the questions are asked. For example, they kept saying it's NOT extraterrestrial because there's no proof it's from another planet. So it was switched from extraterrestrial/aliens to (NHI) Non human intelligence.

Matt, at the end of the hearing Tim Philips leans over to Kosloski and seems to say well played … not well done, but well played , and that just said everything I needed to know about the deception that’s going on here. Also, when Gillibrand say’s … thank you for your… she leaves a long pause before she finishes her sentence with the word , testimony … not honesty, but testimony, that tells me she knows Kosloski is deceiving the public in this hearing. There is also an air of relief from both sides after it is over.

Kirkpatrick didn’t even know that the Gimbal Craft was filmed at night. He said that it was most likely “Sun glare” and when Marik Von Rennenkamp told him that it was filmed at night Kirkpatrick said “OH”. What a statement to make after you told Marik that AARO “fully investigated” the Gimbal incident. How do you not know that it was filmed at night if you did a “Full Investigation “. Kirkpatrick obviously didn’t investigate a damn thing. Kirkpatrick is a weasel that needs to be punched in the face and then thrown in prison in my opinion for lying to the taxpayers who paid him to do a job. Nobody is going to speak to AARO. They don’t trust them. New director or not. I believe that AARO is a Intelligence operation to get whistleblowers to come to them that way they ,the Gatekeepers,know who’s talking and then they can come after them.

Matt, I chose to support you on Patreon recently because you are outstanding at being the reporter that this subject needs. I agree with you on everything you say, and you're on the money so often. Criminally underrated. I''ve followed this topic closely recently and for a while, and it's refreshing to see someone else reporting on this topic with the same passion for correcting the wrongs. Justice needs to be done. Something that occurred to me (that should've been obvious from the start, though I was naively optimistic at the time due to the Grusch leaks/news) was that AARO's naming, RESOLUTION office, is a dead giveaway for it's behavior. It is only created to "resolve" cases, and cases that are too difficult to debunk/resolve are ignored. Senator Gillibrand said she was looking forward to hearing more about the Gimbal, Gofast, and TicTac encounters in the last hearing and all we heard about in response from AARO (With Miss Gogh sitting right behind...) was a debunking of the term gofast and the gofast video. To be honest their debunking of this video, attacking a data point that nobody asserted was important to begin with, was not even done with good methods. I digress, AARO is not an office to clarify the question that is the Phenomenon, it's one to deny it's existence, or "resolve" its existence for as long as it can. If the Executive were to acknowledge the Phenomenon and all that it might entail, it's certainly not going to come out of some dinky little office called AARO.

So here's the Thing; Grusch handed over detailed documentation/interview testimony, videos, and god knows what else, to the Inspector General, to select intelligence committees, to congressional panels in a SKIF, on crash retrievals, back engineering, private corporate involvement, NIH bodies, SAP programs, where they all were and who runs them...; They now know everything Grusch knows. They've known it for some time now. Which means they have likely passed the info around and even more people know all the details. My burning question is, since the facts have been put into the hands of the only people with the power to legally do something, why the hell has nothing been done??? What is it going to take? I think Richard Dolan put it best in a recent podcast where he stated that disclosure would only happen when it is pried from their cold, dead hands.

Wasn't it striking how unusually quiet and almost conspicuously tight-lipped Elizondo, Gallaudet and Shellenberger were at the hearing, when on all previous occasions the former two in particular have been very detailed and full of hard facts? Gallaudet again soon after at the Explorer's Club, for example? And it occurs to me that the hearing was preceded by what must have been a very long non-public hearing. Could it be that the hard questions were asked in this preliminary hearing and the open answers came without SCIF reference? And that the same questions were asked in the subsequent public part with the inevitable “I'm not allowed to say that” answers? But only as a warning to the eavesdropping organizations whose machinations Congress wants to expose? Along the lines of “listen carefully, we now know exactly the answers to these questions!” Which would have been an incredibly clever move to allow the witnesses to maintain their confidentiality in public and still receive all the information. And it would explain conclusively why this public hearing went the way it did. And it would also explain, for example, why Elizondo seemed so incredibly tense after the hearing and reacted so gruffly to Jeremy Corbell, who approached him in the corridor in a relaxed manner. Because the supposedly lame public hearing itself gave him no reason to be so tense!

The one very unfortunate outcome of the system in the US, is the stove piping and compartmentalising of research methods of secretive and minimalist groups. Where the Chinese and the Russians, are not lumbered with this in the slightest. They can throw the problems encountered at many thousands of scientists, and only provide them with room and board, if they so wish. An approximation of the best science is that the field is open, and data are shared between all. America had a similar problem with your cell phones, from day one. Motorola invented the concept, and 29 years later your system was up and running on rather clumsy monochrome screened flip phones with pull out aerials. The rest of the world simply ran with the idea, and had a highly sophisticated phone network available from the early days. While in the US, the endless bickering and lawsuit's kept the technology absurdly limited. What am I saying? Both China and Russia may well have not just caught up, but surpassed your nation? This back engineering needs, a Manhattan Project level approach to work efficiently. Every possible resource must be thrown at it, without the piecemeal approach that seems to apply, as has been presented so far.
