How did we arrive at that contempt of court? Another judge of the commission had refused to recuse himself in a mattter he was a witness and a judge himself because he had made a responding version and then Zuma escalated the matter to the high court. While the matter is there Zondo issues summons for Zuma to appear in front of him (commission) or else be forced. While the matter is still in that high court Zuma refuses to cooperate because the matter of Zondo’s recusal is still pending in the high court. Zondo then goes all the way to the apex court to lodge a force appearance of Zuma at the commission. Disregarding the fact that this Zondo is still in the high court if he should continue to hear Zuma’s testimony the apex court then orders that Zuma should appear b4 Zondo and tells Zuma that he has no constitutional right to remain silent in those proceedings (which is unprecedented). Do you call that justice or travesty of justice? If you can’t see anything wrong with what happened here then common sense is also racist .

If anyone else had done what Zuma has done they would have been sentenced 10 long time ago. Not to mention the state paying for his legal fees the last 15 years.
