Man.... although I'm pretty sure I've seen Nora interviewed before, I enjoyed this talk so much that I'll now be searching for other Nora content. Particularly loved the part where she predicted all the tactics the "church" would use on her mom once she arrived at Flag for (supposedly) OT5. So many sad stories following Scientology..... it's nice to hear the rare case in which a loved one is successfully guided back to reality.

This interview was phenomenal. Nora, I could listen to your experiences for hours and hours! You have a beautiful heart. I am so happy that you are no longer suffering inside and living life w/o feeling trapped and controlled. You are a true inspiration to anyone that wants to leave Scientology or soul-consuming cults!! I have so many questions, please come back to talk again, I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way!! Keep living your life, it’s precious!

What an awesome hr! Please do this again and again! I’d love to know about her time in the rpf. And about her mental health (if she’s comfortable) and how did her time in the cult challenge her to deal with it, if it does. How did she get into the sea org. How they dealt with her after her attempt. Did they give a shit if she completed suicide, or just as long as she wasn’t on the property.

Long time subscriber on this channel, so I seen the old video (videos?) with Nora. I remember some of her back story but not all. Have to re-watch. When I seen she was going to be onthis one, What stuck out is I remember, her interview being one of my favorite. Not that others where not interesting enough, because they where, worth watching. It is just her personality is so bright, & funny. Along with heartwarming & not so heartwarming (hardships) stories. It made for a very easy watch/listen. You definitely got entertaining value, along with interesting stories. Side-note- I am sure I will have questions, but can't think of any now. Looking forward to the tea. Spill it. 😉✌️

I would love to hear Nora’s own personal story but also to hear the stories that y’all can tell about shared experiences. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the shows that you do with Mike and Marc are the stories y’all tell of just random goings on within y’all’s experiences in the life. One of the funniest moments that sticks out to me is Marc was complaining about all the times that Clair wrote him up, and Mike started telling a story about them going somewhere together, something frustrating happened, I can’t remember what it was now though, a comparison would be that Mike and Marc were on a trip, a rental car was supposed to be there waiting on them and it wasn’t, and Marc getting so mad and frustrated about the rental not being there that he just starts in about Clair always writing him up. Hahaha it was hilarious!! Sorry for the run on sentence although I did not grow up in a cult 😂

I would love more details on what members actually SAY to their family members during that 6-month to 16-year transition to get relatives out of Scientology. What do they say that gets family thinking, but not writing KRs or disconnecting? "Hey, I realized I can't look up our own website on my laptop but when it broke, I had to use the library computer and could see everything we put online. Why is that?" "Why do we have to put filters on our personal devices?" "Why can't I buy an iPhone with my own money?" "I was talking with a wog and they said it is illegal for your boss to yell at you and beat you."

I somewhat remember an old story about Marty. It was maybe his first day with Scientology or his first assignment. He was watching someone who wanted to leave and whose husband had already left. He came to get her. Then killed himself or someone else. Or he was violent to his wife and Marty was protecting her. But failed I can't exactly remember the story but there is a story.
@jdevlin19102 жыл бұрын
Nora's take on Marty is spot on IMO and I would wonder about Mike's statement that it wasn't possible Marty was leaking info even early on. Though I don't have any experiences personally with any of you, if you watch some of Marty's early videos and time spent with Mike he says some very strange things that are possible red flags about where his mental state was even after just leaving the church.
