Dust can feel regret for every monster souls he shattered, Insanity can re - collect his sanity and fight back to control his body and action. But Last Breath is just classic Sans, he don't have anything too special like Dust and Insanity than have 3 phase and no thing more. So I guess redrum320 use the sad side of Insanity and Dust to make his song, not Last Breath
