You present no credible studies to refute the credible studies that advocate for age appropriate and client appropriate gender affirming care and the minimal amount of regret. I use to like John Oliver when he first had his show, witty and fairly insightful. How ever it seems really calculated only to gain an audience and John Oliver's true colors came to light, seriously had to quit watching him because he is just that bad. Might think poison dwarf (joseph goebbels you might know him as the propaganda minister of the 3rd wrong in germany in the 1930-45...) But they used lies and propaganda in order to coax people to murder millions by what they called "special treatment"... What is the difference between the current woke minority in the medical field taking over to have the masses do their bidding? I just don't get it. Really feel sorry for Chloe.

Many delusion exist, for example some patients think that the goverment is chasing them, others believe they are Jesus, the Truman syndrome is also a typical delusion(feeling of being watched by cameras), there is also multiple layers of delusion, the worse one can come with hallucinations to increase the delusion. Sometimes when talking drugs an individual can exprience these delusions for a period of time. Some patient also know that their delusion is not real but the feeling is still there and they can't help it. It can be cured with the right treatment, most patient can recover fully and if not they can learn to live with it. But as you can imagine, if you tell a delusional person that what they experience is real and that they are right you just push them further into it and just destroy their ability and possibility to recover, so it's very important to not feed the delusion. But of course if you feed the delusion you will find that the patient is happy and relieved !! it's logical because they will think "Im not crazy this is real". So don't be fooled seeing a delusional person happy in their delusion, the truth is they are TERRIFIED to accept that they are cut off from reality, see how angry and sad a "trans" person is if you tell them it's not real. Now the difference between the gender dysphoria delusion and other delusion, like the Jesus delusion is that the doctors cannot turn you into (at least make you believe you turned into) Jesus 😅, that would be ridiculous, plastic surgeon turning people into Jesus...but in the case of gender dysphoria, they can, while being nicely paid. But you can look if you want, everything is just a mascarade to make it seem like the delusional (or not maybe the person has another syndrome) has actualy changed sex. But it is rare that a patient live their entire life in a delusion, it can take decades but they often wake up, mostly from an event that reconnect them and that can be quite violent, reality hurts. So this girl woke up fortunatly, most likely an event reconnected her, unfortunatly this illness already did some irreversible damage to her body. In any case "transitionning" is never the cure and never will be, and you will see in years a high portion of "detransitionners" like her. I hope I explained it well, sorry im not english.

@@smeckled0rfed my oncologist (a very left leaning man) said in no uncertain terms what's happening to these kids is experimental, there is NOT enough data with huge risks. Some (look it up) are developing osteoporosis from Lupron, something I have to take to keep my cancer in check and require bone scans for so I dont get fractures. You need to take some time to think about how complex the body is in human development, halting puberty comes at a price. My oncologist also said female and male bodies do not have the equipment to deal with cross sex hormones. Brain development is a known concern among doctors who recently were interviewed in a new york times article. Also, there is an increased risk of cancer from those using estrogenic hormones. The rational part of the brain doesnt start wrapping up in development until about 25. Depending on how old you are, maybe even later.

I love my transgendered friends and family and hate that politicos and corporate shills are exploiting their pain for material and political gain. These phrases are so powerful. Chloe. It's interesting it's the 2% again. When I was pushing back against erosion to due process and presumption of innocence in sex crime allegations the repeated statistic thrown at me was "only 2% of allegations are false" (and it's a really dubious source for that statistic too), and now trying to raise the alarm about children being wrongly medicalised and put on dangerous sex characteristic hormones again they throw out the same statistic same argument - it's only 2% so it's nothing to worry about. It's like the magical number of activists - it's the number that means "nothing to worry about", and "1 in 4" means something really serious that we must have a panic about, but those two same statistics keep popping up in different contexts - 1 in 4 and 2%. It makes me think they are story telling numbers like "40 days" (sometimes alongside 40 nights) just means any long period of time in biblical stories. As if the research didn't really happen, they just decide, "what do we want to tell them? It's cause for a major panic? Tell them it's 1 in 4. Nothing to worry about? Okay tell them it's only 2%"

Chloe, thank you for addressing this. I have watched several interviews and want to state how smart and well spoken you are. I will admit, when i watched this episode, i 100% agreed with John. Several weeks ago, i watched Buck Angel and Blaire White and heard a whole new side. I always had a progressive side in do what you please but didn't see this issue as a whole. Wow, he equated resuming with restarting, after one year of PB your body in all of its wisdom, now it will have to do the best in reaching a much lower pick in its development, that hole year that you lost? You’ll never get back. Resuming puberty does not mean resetting/restarting puberty.
