@@jstsm9878 Yup, and I think that is a result of the cleverness of Mercedes. They read between the lines of the rules but the way Mercedes did it was a completely new system. Where as redbulls one is just a new perspective for an old system. I was going to make parallels to the Ferrari engine as well, but that example is a bit different since Ferrari didn't exactly developed anything to get their result, they just tweaked their engine to make sure it doesn't do it during inspection. Where as redbull have actually made something new to get their result. At least that how I view these things, all subjective here.

DAS was one brilliant innovation. It was legal and was banned because it would cost too much for other teams to develop. What redbull has done wasn’t innovative, wasn’t legal and was done in the past. They were just trying to be sneaky.

Sounds similar to the system mclaren used in the 2nd season they had it, where they could switch the brake bias for each rear corner. That was worth 0.5 of a second each lap, so if its as effective as that design, then its a masisve gain, plus how many years have they been using this.

It is not loophole. Asymmetric braking is illegal since McLaren, again with Newey, had it at the end of the 90s. Newey should be suspended for at least 5 years.

No, that is way too severe. If a rule change was required to stop this. Then pre rule change means they cannot be penalised. The cars have been though many inspections. It would have to be proven that RED Bull intentionally hid this system. If it was on display during all the inspections and FIA didnt notice it till now, it's on them.

Surely, if this car wasnt initially built with this from 2022 we would have likely see something documented in terms of upgrades. More transparency is needed from RB yet again because if this has been prohibited the whole time its simply cheating. If its been used for the last 3 years not only should RB be DQ'd from WCC and WDC but should really be thought whether they are right for the sport. So many scandals from 1 team in such a short period of time is disgusting to see and has really questioned the integrity of the sport of which RB are sorely lacking!

Rewriting the rules mid season should not be allowed, rules are pushed to the absolute limit, all teams do it, The RB19 was an unrepeatable car fully developed, RB20 had all that to get together and be as good, result as we see, they are still leading well done. Other teams are coming to the fore will they get the same scrutiny that red bull have had, due to the sudden performance increase, or is it only about RED BULL and Max.

Fact is only Max had this system and Perez did not have it. Max is a made world champion by Helmut Marco. Marco never cared about the team. It was only about getting Max to the top and make him extraterrestrial. Also they gave Perez the worst race engineer in F1 history. Nobody talks on how this team was runned under Helmut Marco. Such a diference between pilots is not normal at all. Montoya debunked this in a key video. Showing the diference between Perez's car and Max car with same specs on different circuits like in Hungary. There you see how Perez's turn is closer to an Aston Martin F1 car and Max turn is much more agressive and clean. So this can also be the start of the end for Max Verstappen. We do not know as well if Mclaren and Mercedes got this system too as they improved a lot. If that's the case, then we might see Ferrari possibly taking the lead.

The EU and UK require legal diversity in Formula 1. The only protected group for legal diversity is blind and severely disabled persons. Since discrimination prevents this group of people being employed by teams and contractors in the open market, a 5% quota system has been put into place by law. The exit of people like Frank Williams means that there are very few severely disabled people working in F1. Do you think the EU is right to threaten the F1 organization with the sudden closure of European and UK races until such time this 5% quota is implemented by F1 ? It takes tough medicine to shift inbuilt irrational discrimination against the disabled to make things happen where money interests give the illusion organizations are above the law?
