This video is so helpful, thank youuu 🙏🙏 I'm going to attempt my first F2 run soon so this video is great for me! Small question- I read somewhere that someone suggested using a poison dagger on Furious Desecrators as the poison will stack and finish them off when they enrage and you won't have to get in close contact at the end, would you recommend that or just stick to finishing them off with claymore/bastard sword? 🙂

I would not recommend using the poison dagger as the poison rng is unreliable, also true damage is more useful on enemies like Eisenborg and Aissa. I recommend using a halberd to kite them while they are enraged and to avoid hits or simply use a bandage after each hit you take.

Hi, can I come out of the dungeon to restock from the supplies that I have stored in the graves outside the dungeon after we get to the second floor or does that reset the floor and we have to do the first floor all over again?

Yes, you can leave the dungeon and restock on items or store things in the graves outside the dungeon without the dungeon resetting, as long as the timer doesn't end. However for Heroic mode that changes, when you leave a floor and go back to it, you can only leave it by exiting through the ending room and even if you cleared it when you go inside it, monsters will respawn because of one of the dungeon modifiers.

Yes, multiple times actually. You need to find the blueprint for the tortures chair and then get all of the materials to complete it. Then you need to go to 3 skull zones and find a forsaken hermit to torture to unlock the 2nd floor.

I wonder why 100 armor you have same results with 75 armor or for a bit more reduction 115.

The amount of armor gets calculated as damage reduction %, so it just depends how much damage the enemy does, for instance if you take 50%less damage, if an enemy does 8 damage you take 4 damage, if you want to reduce the damage taken even further, you'd have to increase your armor to about 64% damage reduction which is like 350 armor, which is expensive and not worth doing. I'll try to make a more detailed guide with visual charts on armor and damage reduction later.

Yeah what I wrote is based on dmg reduction chart. And there, 100 armor really makes no sense. So, I just wonder why

@@Arm1q Oh, like why do I use a T2 shirt + pants (100 armor) instead of other armor? It's usually just the easiest to craft with the amount of farming I do, and it's easy to bring spares of 2 items vs many sets of 3-4 items (T1 armor). T2 armor has more durability than T1 armor. Also increasing armor to 115 against the weak enemies for like 1 or 2 points of less damage per hit isn't really worth the extra materials you would spend on gloves or hats, which is why I only wear the full T2 armor + T4 chest against forsaken/desecrators.

@@jamesorlong ok makes sense 👍 I just don't like moving armors out from character screen it is slow imo. So I just double click 4 pieces in bag. Btw, if I count right, your higher armor set is basicly same at price with full 4x T3 while this has 250 armor what is +20, bigger reduction. Or I may suggest you switching T2 gloves for T1 in your set, because you will still have same amounth of reduction.

You must beat the first floor, find the Torturer's chair design, build and complete it, and then use a scroll of control on a forsaken hermit in the 3 skull zones, bring it home and torture it. That will unlock the 2nd floor permanently. Good luck!

Every time I do the dungeon Its level 1 I can't seem to find floor 2 how do I get there

Did you complete the torture chair? After that, you must go to the 3 skull place and find a Forsaken Hermit and use a scroll of control on him while he's near the edge of the map, then leave, and then he will be in the chair when you get home (you may continue farming the 3 skull zone if you'd like). Then go to the end of the first floor where the witch is and the gate that normally just takes you to the top will be able to also go to the 2nd floor.
