Just finished it. I could see who's the main villain from the start of the game. The reason was actually hilarious. Well, Cuff started talking wierd midgame, that's for sure. However when Frey was born her mother was already being corrupted, so she sent Frey away but the bracelet also followed Frey. In the finale due to her insane amount of power(having all 4 traits and powers of the Tanta by birth) Frey sealed him again.

That's probably the worst possible end he could've been given. The last of his vicious kind, so close to victory only to be sealed away within the very person he used, witnessing the lands he wanted destroyed thrive and what slivers of power he still has left actively being used for that lands and peoples betterment. Awesome PS2 game... Sure they will make a sequel. People want to see more of the amazing protagonist's arc. One of the most beloved video game characters of all time. I'd rate her more than Joel, Ellie, Kratos and Nathan Drake
