A perfect song for an important moment in Vic's life. Walt's bargaining for her freedom from a maniac, Ed Gorski's help in getting her away and leaving her life for good, and her realization that she needed to go back to Walt rather than stay with Shaun. Couldn't have picked a better tune.

Like with others, Longmire Season 3 Episode 7 brought me here. This song fit the deeply emotional poignant scene perfectly as Vic, with tears streaming down her cheek, watches Ed Gorski walk away, for perhaps the last time. The classic star-crossed lovers. Throughout the entire season, it is insinuated that Gorski might be a dangerous character, but in the end we discover he is actually the good guy who saves Vic's life.

Got some serious Band of Horses - The Funeral feelings listening to this song, they are both unique songs, but the falsetto “ooo”s are just so familiar to each other and really add to the ambience of the songs. I think I'm the only person who has discovered this band somewhere besides a T.V. show. Heard it on a music app first. Listened to more. My heart cracked with events going on in my life at the time and this album became the soundtrack to one of the most depressing years of my life.

Spotify. I ended up ditching the app 'cause it just didn't strike my fancy. Fort Atlantic stuck with me though. Lol, unfortunately some of the songs will forever be attached to negative emotions I had, but the songs themselves are beautiful, felt like manifestations of my thoughts in how some of the lyrics seemed to metaphorically match events that were occurring in my life. Still, I like to pop in some FA when I know I'm going to be on the road for a while. It's one of those things where you have to savor the entire album at once for the most pleasurable listening experience.

I knew of Fort Atlantic already through listening to Indie radio stations from Canada back in the day. They aren't played anymore. But unlike the above commenters, I'm not a stuck up egotist snob that thinks wherever you hear music from makes you better than others. I hear songs I like from everywhere - the store muzak, restraunt radio, videogames, TV shows, movies, everywhere. PS: anyone that uses Spotify is an absolute shit for brains clown. I download every song I like as an MP3 and put it on my Zune where they have remained for longer than a decade. Nobody can take it away like so many of you ignorant kids think that's how life works. The fact that you pay money for shit that a corporation takes from you is laughable.

I had never heard of these guys until I heard this song on an ep of United States of Tara ...It blows my fucking mind that, that show got cancelled. I mean it was one of the most original, thought provoking shows ever made and only went 3 seasons.
