The Rules clearly state they have to spell it correctly in order to release the gold and they did use two 'E' in their spelling

I've only seen ONE woman complete the cylinders challenge and another episode where they spelt "Plate" wrong. Boyard gave them a coin and said: "Buy yourselves a spelling book!"

That was not "Plate" that they spelt wrong, but "Table." They put TABLLE instead of TABLE.

the letter "C" remain unoccupied, so clearly the word was spelled wrong. Too bad because along the tasks they manage pretty well.

The letter "C" was occupied but they spelt it with an extra "E", shame because they were good in the challenges but they weren't organized in the Treasure Chamber
