Fort Bragg Ca. Coastline aerial view 1,500'

We flew along the coastline from Ten Mile river south to Point Cabrillo Light house.. It's kind of long and drawn out but I hated to cut anything out of this beautiful California coastline.. Enjoy! 5/20/17 ( I hope I got all the landmarks correct)

In 1990 I cought a greyhound bus to a place called Garberville deep in the redwood Forrest of Northern California. I then went to willetts and cought a steam train to fort Bragg. There I walked to the fishing harbour and enquired if anyone had heard of a friend from England called Dave scales, they hadn't. Later I was in a supermarket in Mendocino and for chatting to a lady from France and she offered me accomodation for the night. I remember the bridge crossing a river at fort Bragg but also feeling very lonely with no one to talk to. I eventually cought the greyhound and gave up searching for Dave scales and I went to Acadia, or something like that! At cape Mendocino there was a sign saying it was the most Westerly point of the US. I eventually ended up in Seattle and found work repairing fishing nets and welding on various fishing vessels.

For those Not familiar with this town, the bridge and the harbor entry is where they filmed "OVERBOARD!" with Goldie Hahn and Kurt Russell. The town itself is worth the weekend visit !! It is a Beautiful Coastal town.
