The key things are the products. These are handmade quality items that can be married to fine antique guns-- not cheap chinese junk.

Thank you so much Mike. Fort Fred MF has been defunct for 2 years now. I will go to this Fair next year, weather and health permitting. I hope to go to NSSA Fall Nationals this year as a visitor and hope there is some 2F musket powder in stock available to buy.

I wish I had known about this. I live just about 90 minutes from Fort Loudoun and would have been there had I known of it. I have been studying my 4th and 5th great grandfather's parts in the French and Indian (and Lord Dunmore's War) in the Ohio Valley. Perhaps next year I can make it.

I’ve been to fort Louden in Tennessee. Thought that was the only fort Louden in the east. Learned something new in my old age. Thank you sir.

Mike, you hit the nail on the head with your coverage of this Market Fair. I was there on Saturday and it was a great event. From what I could tell this was a huge success and from talking with the shop keepers, next years fair will be even larger and better. I know I will be there.

I was born and raised and I am proud to still live in Fort Loudon. As a young man I assisted with lifting the first log as the stockade was being rebuilt. I appreciate the video as you represented our town very well!

I've been doing Civil War reenacting g for 25 years and am getting more interested i Colonial Era lately. I'll try to see events like this one whenever I can. Great job Mike. I always enjoy and appreciate your videos and your commitment to history.

Was waiting for this. Great video of a great event ! Me and my uncle attended on saturday not knowing how it would be being the first event here. But it did not disappoint. Awesome job to the organizers of this event . Great piece of history lies on these grounds.

I always stop to see your videos! You get to more of these events than anyone else so i get to travel just off your shoulder. Really, we are glad you can make the trips and show us what is happening in the muzzle loading side of rifle sport. Thank you!

I love these videos. I have yet to make it to one of these events, however I do plan on it soon. I must say watching your videos has sparked my interest in black powder guns. I do not have any as of yet but plan on making it my next purchase.

I really like these videos of events and camps. I get some great ideas for improving the look of my camp. I pause the video a lot to take in all the outfits and camp gear and furnishings. Of course the vendors are all great. I could spend a lot more time in each tent and for that I have the pause button. Thanks for another great video.

A black powder demo to a parchment target would not offend anyone as being real to the times . I liked the video and the vendors in character.

If you ever get to NC, iredell county, check out Ft. Dobbs. French Indian war era. Excellent interpretive center there, main building has recently been completed. A very amazing piece of history.

I love the heritage of my Pennsyltucky. I have to get to this event next year. Have heard a few stories about parts of the family involved in some PA/MD land feuding, before two surveyors came along to mark the state line...... Mason and Dixon. Maybe I need to record a lot more of the history here.

They hold a flint "knap in" at Fort Sibley near Kansas City MO. The fort was reconstructed in the 1960's to replicate the one constructed about the time of the Lewis and Clark Expedition of Discovery. Normally it has been held in the fall of the year. For more information contact the Jackson County Missouri Parks Dept.

Could you post a link for the Organization that puts out a News Letter or Magazine that covers these type's of events Nation Wide . From what i read in the comments more people would Attend these events if they knew about them in advance . I know the N.M.L.R.A. POSTS some events but not all.
