I served at Fort Ritchie from January 1978 to march of 1979, HQ-SVC Company. I worked in Military Pay my entire career. Fort Ritchie was then and now a very special place for me. It was a disaster when the Army abandoned this amazing part of history and it sat rotting for almost 20 years! My thanks to John and Joyce for Ritchie Revival efforts to save it from certain ruin.
