Fort is both one of the cards that enables infinites and also stops infinites. It's honestly insane how ridiculous it is.

Specifically for this infinite charge meta. An extra 2 seconds hasted is only 1 second, but an extra 2 seconds charged is worth 2 seconds on every item in the clock, cutting their total item uses down by 1/3 or 1/2.

00:25 Dooley also has atomic clock, which is greatly slept on (maybe just because it's an ammo item): it's fast and with the right setup you might not even care about the ammo part of the item (skills, extra ammos with loot items or maybe a lucky powder flask). I encourage everyone to really try it and upgrade it as fast as possible. It breaks infinites like nothing and slows the opponent down to the point where sometimes they don't even get an item activation before they die

I've been using Atomic Clock lately because of the Meta and the random monster loot items. 7+ charges of 3 second increases to the enemy board. One game made the enemy's Yo-yo a 15 second cool down. Good stuff.

I had a build on crit core with a multicast atomic clock with like 7 ammos and the skill that reloads an ammo on crit that you get from the hakuvian launcher guy and building crescendo it was hilarious i played a game where the guy didnt get to use his item once because the cooldown was increasing faster than he could play

I have a question. At 43:35 you have an option to pick Boar Market, which says "your leftmost and rightmost weapon have their value as +damage". If you only have one weapon, if the text is correct, wouldn't it add it's value to damage twice, since it is both leftmost weapon and rightmost one at once?

it's probably coded in a way that prevents a weapon from being counted twice, the wording is ambiguous enough for that I think

Kneebrace is changed. Now gives 100 life when you win PVP fight and that is. Nothing else. so there is no point to remove it.

I had an fantastic Fort build, even tough it came after i hit 0 prestige the first time, so I was on my last legs. JOJO diamond and even the BONK. Then I got snipe countered... by the siper and the ability, if I used an weapon, they charged their sniper.... I LOST! So I can say, it doenst stop everything :D

Fort is just an awful item for the game, because its not just infinite loops it stops, normal builds also cant go off because of it

I manged to beat it =) very lucky situation of course. Rigged skill to haste a forcefield and my shield item and have them go off before their looping items had a chance and one shot them.

Yesterday i had a sick Vanessa builds, it had a 3.1 second diamond turbo treb that scaled in damage with each use, started looping at 0 seconds and also permafroze all items that were not large. It would have beaten this build easily. Fort is good, but it doesnt guarantee a win. And yes i had other items that looped it, even if it was frozen it would still go off on cooldown. PS: Shiny star chart is insane.

Would have been a 5 second CD due to Fort and actually a 7 second CD once you factor in the slow. Kripp has antifreeze with really good scaling and shield protection. Unless you also were tanky, I think you get hit too hard to recover even once your build gets going but I don’t know your other items. I also don’t believe items get used when frozen, even if they get charged all the way. Has to unfreeze first. Some dumb freeze builds can best damn bear everything unless you get have anti freeze tech.

@@Prodigial6 ​ I do believe items are used even while frozen, atleast my Eel was. Did i mention it started looping at 0 seconds? Kripp would have died before any of his items were used even once. But all this is meaningless, both are good builds, i was just saying that the Fort does not stop everything, its good, but its not an automatic win.

@ Are you sure your Eel wasn't just charing and then firing instantly once the Freeze wore off? Unless Eel is bugged from when they changed it to a charge weapon, it shouldn't proc while Frozen.
