Fort Victoria

The RFA Fort Victoria at the cruise terminal Liverpool. Just a stop over onway to another destination. It did look in need of a paint job.
As of April 2024, the Royal Fleet Auxiliary's (RFA) Fort Victoria is undergoing a refit to prepare for future service. It will stay in service until 3 new Fleet Solid Support ships replace it which will be 2031.
The Fort Victoria is a stores ship and fleet tanker that can replenish 2 warships at once with fuel and supplies. for more details please check it out on Wikipedia.

When filming this yesterday. I looked back in time and wished that I joined the Royal Navy as a lad. Dreams are what keeps us going. 👍
