Like what should a buyer be looking for or expect and then some things to be aware of. I see thermal heating in some. How we’ll do home hold up with snow and humidity? What do you need to have for this etc. great videos!!

Institutional investors are definitely in your market. One owned by BREIT currently has 105 homes listed in this market which is pretty significant - about 20% of the market...

I'm going to be moving in 6-8 months out of state to Fort Wayne. I've done tons of research and was down to the Quad cities vs Fort Wayne. I'm looking for a smaller home at 120 000 and under. I have some extra questions involving titles and such. When would a good time to call be? I'll be paying cash at purchase.
