Venti is broken value wise. I could assume that the multipliers of Bursts depends on the required energy: ⅹ3 for 2 energy Burst (like Diluc), ⅹ4 for 3 energy Burst (like Fischl, Tighnari, Navia attacks 4 opponents with their own attack value). Yeah I know this is a rough and crude theorization, but it's the way I see them. Now look at Venti's burst, what does his Burst do? He deals Anemo DMG once, and sets up a summon that deals Anemo DMG 3 times, often within 1 round. 1+3 makes 4. ⅹ4 Burst by 2 energies, and a few Swirls to boot. In addition, his Burst is easier due to the 3 bows that accelerates your Burst process. That's how his Burst is broken, and I'm not yet even touching on its line-confusing effect. I love him, he's worth picking up in every possible comp😊

I think for the last round, if you have chosen shenhe quick swap and put it on Raiden for Venti swirls. You would have gotten the diluc FTK. Those 2 dmg swirls would have chip them down low enough for diluc.
