Yes, when shes not captain apparently her equipment does not work properly (sometimes work sometimes not)

@@fortelul isn't if the captain except hiiro who touch the enhanced tile will triggered her eq but in this situation, hiiro only used her eq/splash damage only 1 area attack of two enhance tile or more but if hiiro attack before the captain touching the second enhanced tile, hiiro will attack the splash damage again in second enhance tile
