I've been obsessed over this song for the past few day. It's strange because I've heard this song on the radio a few time, and it never really hit me. Then one day I'm waiting in my car for a few friend on a nice day, and hit me. As we drove into the sunset with the window down for the first time of the year, it just felt right. That's the beautiful feeling that this song created, and that's just wonderful.

I sure do miss this band. Even though I discovered them after they were done and finished, apparently. Spent a long time listening to their albums before ever looking up a music video of their's. Gotta say I love everything about their music - it's inspired in many ways IMO, everybody's filling their role well - but I especially like the lyrics style and perspective that the frontwoman has. There's something very infatuating about it, and it strikes me as very authentic, graceful and feminine in a way that I'm not used to. Here I am looking up their videos and sure enough the woman who writes and sings in a manner I find intoxicating is like... aggressively and strikingly beautiful. I mean good Lord, look at this lady... I bet you she's accidentally crushed a few unfortunate young men's hearts, that's for sure.
