Fortigate: Notifications via Telegram

can we change the source interface, in my env my outgoing interface using ip private so when we test it to send notification, will always fail.

Can this be done in a group? I mean, add the Telegram BOT to a private group so several persons receive the alerts, and any way to ensure that nobody else outside from that group can see them?

now not working ? my fortigate firmware version : v6.2.15 build1378 (GA) , when login fail , can't send to Telegram group
