So when using this, how do you set link priority? Do you use standard cost/weight assignments with this and then this just does the measurement of if it is a good path or not?

we have an ADVPN setup spokes use SD-WAN, Healthcheck was setup to ping the internal interface of HUB, so it keeps checking and tunnels are always up that way when traffic is not passed. passive health checks work only when traffic hits the policy. I think this is not suitable for ADVPN?

I probably wouldn't use this on ADVPN

You can use prefer passive, which means it will use passive when there is traffic, and it will probe when there is no traffic.
