We've order our first FortiSwitch. Looking at using them instead of HP 5412's as they offer east/west NAC and actually cheaper to commission a new office given they are stacked so you add switches as and when needed, unlike a large Chassis based switch. Very helpful video, thanks.

Learning as much as I can, I have about 90 448E-FPOE's and a few 1048E's coming to my district by June to tie into my 1100E along with close to 300 AP's. Got my job cut out for me. Switching out Brocade and Aruba AP's. Great vids.

I tried to add Fortiswitch Model 224BPOE to my 81E v6.4.3 and it says invalid Serial Number. And ideas?

Fortiswitches have very, very low latency. And their a cheap way to get more ports on your FortiGate without having to buy a new one. I would love to see a HA setup with FortiSwitches in a video, as that can become complicated. Also Mirror Ports are great, but if your switch is packed and busy, you will lose packets on the mirror. That's not a Fortinet thing, as every vendor has that. Use a network TAP instead if you want full coverage of your packets.
