Remembered when my classmates were talking about fortnite, I didnt know what that was. I downloaded the game at the end of s1, where the nostalgic began. Remembered my first win bush camping, my hands were sweating, my heart was beating 200 miles an hour and then, the Victory Royale screen popped up was the best feeling ever. I took photos and sent it to all my classmates. Now we dont speak to each other, but I will always remember my first Fortnite win because of them. Thanks to them for making Fortnite the most nostalgic game for me. xx

I can not explain how bad I want the calm version of the og (this videos music) sound track to be a lobby track. This soundtrack is a legit path down memory lane. Listening to this makes you feel sad but happy to know it exists. The same track going on forever. Never gets boring because you can remeber that first game where you fell off a mountain and died. Or you got shot by an ar. That very first match can mean more than what you would think. This peice of music speaks to me. As a wake up call to remind me that... theres hope. This peice of music. Playing the same thing over and over again is never tiresome. It just hits you. It hits you over and over again, flooding your mind with memories you will never experience again. And even if you tried all that would happen is a subtle tear. Drip from your eye. You can't help but sit down and cry. Me and you both know this music can project memories of the game. Like no other has ever. It pains me every day. I wish I played more of the old version. It feels like perfection. This music just gives me a vibe, a feeling I cant explain. The more I listen the more I think. It's so weird I love it. This game has to be the best game ever. I genuinly think this. Not because "WE LIKE FORTNITE" no not at all. Think about it. This F R E E game is better than a game I'd pay 60 quid for. It's fun, (was) simple and had so much to offer considering it was free. When theres only one other player left, you get nervous and struggle to aim, you can't build becuase your dreaming that victory royale, and getting that kill. It's amazing. The attachment to certain skins, the attachment to this world and its locations. It's more than good. It's up there as the best games. But in my opinion. A free game that has this much to offer. For free? And has stored this much memories for me? Is the best thing I've seen and witnessed. I love this game. But what its becoming I'm not a fan of.

That was so incredibly well put. I wish I could just go back to the days of old fortnite, where I could play for hours on end and still not get bored. This certainly was not the most perfectly made videogame upon release, but man it will always be for me the most fun game ever created. This game back in late 2017 and the first half of 2018 was just pure fun and it’s so hard to even explain nowadays. Whenever you werent feeing happy, you could always hop on fortnite and few better again. I really do miss it and hope one day casual and simple fortnite will make a return.

I used to play Fortnite everyday because I fell in love with the game the cartoony graphics the sound of the og scar the anxiety you felt when you heard someone or there was only one person left or the excitement of going to sleep and waking up to a new season or update the feeling you felt when you bought you’re first Skin and felt like a pro or when you got you’re first solo win by yourself instead of getting carried we all know that feeling and when a new map change came or a new game mode this game had so much to offer and since it was the first online multiplayer battle Royale I ever played I loved it even more and when I found out My friends played it I was overjoyed I was so happy to play with friends instead of by myself and then when Halloween came around and Christmas and you got v-bucks or you’re mic broke so you would have to emote and crouch to communicate life was good fortnite was fun and there weren’t any sweats and when you got tier 100 you were basically a pro and when the chapter 1 map went down the black hole with all my memories I was crushed at the time I was happy goodbye old map can’t wait for a new one but when season 2 chapter 2 came I missed the old map more then anything I had memories and good times there the chapter 2 map hardly ever gets updated it’s a boring map with no twist and the gameplay is boring with henchmen and mythic weapons that can easily get you a win even if you just started it’s boring and overpowered if they wanted to give us mythic weapons than give us weapons that heal or get us different places not overpowered weapons that give you an easy win

People just got better and the building System evolved. There were good and bad players back then as well. And there were some newer seasons that were actually pretty good. My favorite seasons are 3, 4, 7, 9 and chapter 2 season 2. The rest was boring, not outstanding or just bad. You're wasting your time and all those wannabe Ogs are like " oh yeah I'm crying so hard...like if you remember.. r.i.p. zapatron. Fortnite is probably the last game that will ever make me feel this way about video games. It's almost as if the game had awakened a deep sense of nostalgia within me, transporting me back to the carefree days of my childhood. The feeling is almost indescribable, but it's a mix of joy, excitement, and a sense of wonder that I thought I had long left behind. It's funny because I never thought I would ever experience this kind of emotional connection to a video game again, especially after playing classics like COD MW2, Black Ops 1& 2, and Halo 3. But Fortnite has managed to capture something special, something that speaks to the inner child in all of us and refuses to let go. This soundtrack make me reminisce the memories of countless hours spent playing with my friends, laughing and celebrating our victory royales. Thanks Fortnite, for allowing me to experience this one more time, and probably for the last time.

Probably this thing will be forever ignored, but I wanted to say something. I loved those times where Fortnite was a completely different experiencie, simple weapons, simple map, beautiful landscapes, a coherent storyline, not too expert players, and a good fanbase / fandom... Now, well, the game felt a bit ''dead'' in Chapter 2 Season 1 and 2, but luckily, in the future Fortnite will go back to its roots, and we will feel that beautiful feeling again, that feeling of being in a simple and known world... I gotta admit it, I almost cried watching this video, I remember playing Playground, that silence and that ambient that the game had mid-season 4 - season 6, that silence and loneliness in the map made me forget about stress, and all my problems... Now, the game is ''mostly competitive'' and the fandom of this game it's just the ruin for this beautiful game, and fandom.

I think what’s killing Fortnite right now is that it forgot what made BR happen: Save The World. The art style, the characters, the feeling. When the game started to change the art style, the music, the textures, the body types, it strayed from STW. This caused players who enjoyed the game bc of the STW vibe to not enjoy Fortnite as a relaxing, calm yet fun, beautiful game, to a competitive game. Because they abandoned save the world, the BR is now falling down with it.

Oh god this music... Best video game music ever. No.debate. This game was great through the entire ch1 and I always had a blast playing it. Sometimes more, sometimes less. When ch2 started, this game just lost its magic for me... I'm still playing it, but not much and it bores me pretty quick nowadays. The map is clearly worse, lootpools are worse, the most of the new mechanics (mythics, henchmen etc) are shit, battle passes are getting abused for crossovers... Why epic, why??? I agree. The game died when Chapter 2 came out. I played in from Season 2 in chapter 1 until the last day of season X and I had fun all the time. I felt I had a connection with the map/island. The map had a character. It was like a friend to me. I’d hop on the game, be on the battle bus, and look at the island and say “wow...you are truly beautiful” . I still play in chapter 2 but don’t have any much fun as I used to. The map is just bland, no character and is boring. Take me back to these times.
