Fortnite Battle Bus Cake | Renee Conner

My son is super into the video game, FORTNITE... For his birthday, he requested a FORTNITE BATTLE BUS CAKE! This is one of the longer and more detailed cakes I have filmed for my channel... but I hope you enjoy it! I tried to make it as concise as possible, while still being clear in what I was doing. Where is the chocolate recipe that you put on the cake

I used a basic chocolate ganache, a 2:1 ratio Chocolate:heavy cream. Heat the cream, pour over chopped chocolate, let it sit about 5 min to melt the chocolate then whisk together to combine. Let it sit until it thickens to a spreadable, peanut butter-like consistency. It should be made well ahead of time, as it can take several hours to set.
