The 50 vbucks thing is actually huge, but for the right reasons. Almost no game with a battlepass allows you to just buy the pass, making you spend a little more every time so you have remaining currency. Which then feels like a waste and gets people to spend more money. It’s a psychological thing and there’s never been an excuse for it.

The price increase, additions of stupid extra things to buy at ludicrous prices and XP nerfs are simply to drive people to Crew. And the messing with not being able to get parts of the battle pass if you leave Crew are to keep people subscribed. Because Epic are greedy bastards and a subscription-based guaranteed income model looks better on the books than lumpy income from lots of people buying a specific skin when it releases and then waiting for the next popular skin they want. Not to mention being WAY above what they'd make from skins and cosmetics over the course of a year. Particularly when people are going to buy extra cosmetics anyway. I'd bet they're forecasting to double or even triple their revenue based on this change alone.

Cool fact! If you have the new blade and you go to one of the purple portals of the bosses on the map, you can use the dash of the blade to bring yourself into the protection field of the portal. No one can touch you here and you are completely safe. If you no longer want to be in it, you can get out without any problems. Try it out now because fortnite will fix this bug soon!

Hot take: Night Rose is piss easy. If you know what you're doing, you've essentially won. Just wait for opporotunities to attack, stay alert, aim carefulky, and the boss is basically over withing a minite or so. The only thing that can really screw you over is other players suprose attacking during the boss, or witing fir you to beat it so they can kill you and take the loot. The shadows are not difficult to deal with.

2:06 The night rose boss is so easy. All you have to do is just have 2 spray weapons in ur inventory like the percision smg and the halo ar and just spray. And always be around the walls when your fighting so u can easily just go behind them to reload and the oni mask cant go around them. Theres also chests and ammo boxes within the building to help refresh easily. If your quick enough then none of the guards will even intefere at all. Its lowkey not that hard even if ur playing on ur own.

Random mythic? there's no way in hell it's a random mythical when I've ALWAYS, every single time, gotten the sword, mask, and medallion. The sword and medallion combo is absolutely insane btw, people seem to be sleeping on it. Unlimited sprint, insane weapon, with the best movement item we currently have besides the teleport, that thing is INSANE. If you can contest it and force people to leave the island, or even just win the contest, it's SO WORTH IT. Maybe not in solos though.

It's hitscan. It's obvious these weapons were designed with Projectile in mind and they changed them in the last moment. Hitscan is an outdated shooter mechanic and they should not have went backwards. I hope they realized that listening to people who can't aim is a bad idea. Hitscan is garbage in 2024 and makes zero sense for a game with huge open spaces and distances like Fortnite.

Love the mask. It has a lot of uses, and it's a solid mobility item. I do think the sword attack is way too OP, though. As a mobility item I think it's fine, but in combat it does way too much damage and is way too easy to land hits. If someone rushes you with it, you're done. I lost to one even when I had beamed the person with the Mythic holo twister. Sure, it was close at the end, but once they got close enough, they just melted my health bar faster than I melted theirs. That's ridiculous lol

TBH, kinda ok with weapon mods no longer being a thing. It balances the loot pool a bit. Same with the bosses being OP. You really have to work for it and I think that makes it fair. Otherwise we'd have a bunch of players basically getting free wins without putting any effort into learning the skills needed to fight. Yeah, I'm quite liking the feel of the guns, and the map is cool. I don't feel any of my deaths were straight up unfair yet either, so I'm not just constantly frustrated in lobby.

This is why I’ve begun to just play the game and enjoy it without watching many Fortnite streamers…. They either glaze or hate on epic for everything, they think a game should be how they want it… so thank you T5G for keeping videos fun and something worth watching 5:34 hit scan can’t be balanced, if you want balanced as far as gun use, bullet drop…. Completely agree, epic made them even worse with the bunkers considering when they would open half of them would be in storm! So, I basically gamble every time I pick up a gun and hope it doesn’t have a bad attachment 😭

Hitscan is exactly the problem and it's why they removed it in the first place. You either have Projectile with accurate weapons, mods, and scopes. Or you have hitscan with RNG bloom. Hitscan is stupid and outdated nowadays and people who requested it are even more stupid. Imagine Epic finally gave you a modern shooter projective weapons and you whined for them to switch it back to kiddy mode.

The only thing I want them to fix is matchmaking. When crossplay is disabled, it does not work if you disable it. I spent 40 minutes waiting for a match, ended up giving up.

Imo the Night Rose is perfect as it was. It's quite a nice CHALLENGE. Now it's just too easy to kill making the only challenge now is surviving the multiple people waiting for you to exit the dojo

I love the typhoon blade. I was playing Zero Build the other day, and me and some other player made friendly for a moment, both healed respecting each other before going into a typhoon only duel. Genuinely had to see it to believe it type beat.

Honestly Im not sure why Im feeling it with this season and not remix, is that people seem to be a LOT more confident with hitscan. Im getting lazered form over 300M away while simutaneously trying to fight another squad. It's getting ridiculous. I wished they kept bullet drop for at least one mode if they're gonna appease the OG community with reload AND OG, and you can tell with the new bullet animation in season 6 they were gonna do that until a last minute change

Weapon modding is a feature that I think was planned for chapter 6. As moddable weapons in creative. When placed into a device. Hide all attachments. (Magazine is missing, no barrel attachment, ect) the chapter 6 weapons also have missing attachments. And both the scope on the SMG and AR are the ones we could attach last chapter.

Can we talk about the tracking issues with the fire oni mask? When players hop out of a vehicle when an oni mask is fired the mask locks on to the car instead of the opponent🤦🏾‍♂️ it’s exhausting honestly

There's one glitch that's really annoying, at the vault if you throw A sprite near the entrance it makes your sprite disappear.

The only problem with hitscan is the holo twister ar. Basically it's the MK, red-eye and twinmag ar all over again. As for the crazy amount of bugs: this is what happens when you rush a project.

Yeah infinite sprint with the katana is good, but you aren't even invisible, you can be fully seen by anyone. Fortnite doesn't know what actual invisibility is.
