Going off of what Tim Sweeney says in this video, I feel like the goal is to make UEFN near identical to the standard UE over time. The reason why this would be good is so that user-created "experiences" could be essentially its own game, just inside of Fortnite.

I'm calling it now, UEFN being used to create BR seasons and chapters will kill br. I understand that UEFN will get better over time, but i really dont think it's ever going to be as good as UE5. This feels like a step in the wrong direction and quality will dip down for gameplay of new Fortnite chapters onwards. Epic games is ridiculously ahead of us in their development of each chapter. Most people hate the yearly chapter with only 4 seasons in each, but I myself don't mind it. It wasnt executed very well the first time, esp since the story was all over the place, but I like having more structure to this. Say what you want about it, I'm just glad seasons arent lasting a whole year with few content updates like when chapter 2 first launched. Dont get me wrong, loved chapter 2, chapter 2 was amazing, it just kinda lingered for a bit too long

I would love to be able to switch UI in Fortnite main lobby. Like for example you could switch between the current UI or the OG UI, and they could sell it, and I’d buy it lol. They could sell a bundle for 1,500 v-bucks that includes a toggle for the OG font, lobby, health bar etc. Then they could also use custom ones, like they could sell different fonts, different types and designs of health bars, and possibly player-customizable UI. It would be a bit greedy of them to sell that for v-bucks but it would sell really well.

True Epic Games have used UEFN already to create many things they used it to create live events, Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, Ballistic, Reload, Brick Life, and maybe OG and they also used UEFN for ch6's map and this ch6 season I'm pretty sure

@redflower2034 Ballistic is early access so that is fine and OG is already good as they know what it is and Lego brick life had tons of work put into it it wasn't rushed ch5's Metaverse modes were rushed Reload was not rushed well I guess it kinda was because it was created in 1 month but that is because it was simple to create and Ballistic took lots of time but they wanted it to launch in early access but they will update it a lot and the map for Ballistic fits ch6 s1's theme Fortnite wanted to launch Ballistic in early access to give feedback on the game
