IDK the specifics off the top of my head but try playing around with the particles in the spooky particle gallery. Resize them and change their settings to make it look like moving water.

I’m new to making map and just doing it as a hobby right now. Just wondering though in 2023 how hard is it to get a creator code? I’m on a Xbox so no way to access UEFN. Do they still care about creative 1.0 creators ?

some of the most played maps are on creative 1.0 currently! I don’t know much about how creator codes at this point in time, but I think it’s pretty much the policy as a few years ago. You’ll need a significant following or feature quality map to get a code.

I Can't help you with the storm but if you want a custom lootpool go to devices tab and find the chest gallery. These chests have random loot already in them
