Um I suppose the fps will be reduced by a little if you are recording. Maybe around 20 FPS maximum

It depends on the way you use it, if you only care about games and not for 3d rendering and video rendering then you should get the 5800x3d. The ryzen 9 5900x is also very good but in gaming the 5800x3d takes the lead cause of the Cache difference.

yes but it will run better in dx12 mode with all settings lowered, performance mode is really made for older components and doesnt scale right with new gpus and cpus.
