wollo g thats a fat rip. You should tell him to contact epic support so they can fix it tho I’m pretty sure they will if u put it as a glitch where u didn’t receive something u were owed. They have to upgrade it if it really did glitch otherwise they can get into legal trouble for not complying with what they promised and stated in writing.

To be honest, the transform keys are the best thing about these editions. They are actually permanent transform keys and allow me to keep upping the rarity of stuff. You essentially turn 5 training manuals into 4 (so a loss of one), but you get all the XP that you'd get from recycling and you get the schematics that can be transformed up to legendaries.

Those transform keys are permanent. Having the ability to transform epic survivors is so great! I’ve used it countless times. Lots of xp from it, and I’ve gotten a few good survivors for my squads (not all legendary yet)
