press 3 dots on epic games under fortnite, press options, check mark save the world hit apply, log in to game click 3 bars at top left of screen, go down to settings, click the gear icon, put matchmaking region to brazil, Europe, or NA East, depending on what country you live in, 1 of those regions should work. good luck
