I bought the LG ultra wide monitor when it was on sale for $899. Box looked like it went through a shredder and it was wrapped up in tape with a official USPS notice on the shipping label that it was highly damaged. Had instructions to make a claim and it some how got denied. Had a reference number that pulled up the tracking data showing they noted it was damaged. I had to send in a form with photos as well as going into the physical USPS location for them to confirm it on there end. I was so baffled that I didn’t get a refund
