I think its name suggests a colliding of realities. Kinda obvious, the collabs of marvel, DC, etc happen for years now. Star wars is coming soon, tho the season might not be SW, just some POIs and events. Fortnite has changed from a shooter game to a shooter collab game, everyone knows. Some find it cool, some dont. I just hope we CAN buy Vader and Obi van, cause the already released SW skins are dumb af, except for mando and boba.

For a period of time the slipstream got disabled and you can get inside of the tower. I was able to go to the top and snip people and then I got teleported to the bottom where there was a guy waiting for me. Thankfully I was able to kill him but at the bottom you can just walk into it and walk out with no problem other your character glitching.

It is likely that Prisoner Jones and Paradigm will be in the item shop but it is not confirmed. They do not have item shop tags yet. My guess is these versions will appear in the event. They probably will be in the item shop soon, but for now, Epic has other plans with them.

Live Event theory: Collider activates, the destruction bubble activates, the mech rises from the water, runs into the bubble, damages the top of the Collider, the mech loses some parts cos its a destruction bubble, I think the player will be controlling the mech, the Collider malfunctions, alternate realities break through partially, everything on the map is moved around violently, the player gets blasted to around the Statue area, parts of the island smash together, the collider goes into a supernova and the player blacks out. Parts of C1 and C2 will be on the map, severe damage will be where new locations fell through and the parts of the map that were moved are dstroyed, and a huge crater had destroyed Loot Lake, Tilted Towers, the Collider and The Fortress, Command Cavern will have caved in because of the earthquake after the Collider goes into meltdown.
