Just practice aim training maps and look at your sens if you miss some shot try to lower it or higher you sens until you find the perfect one for you

If u have a samsung device, use Galaxy Max hz to get fixed 90 fps. It will set your refresh rate to high 120hz instead of adaptive 120 hz.
