It may have changed in the meantime, but I had to buy the Cinder pack in the Playstation Store on PS5 because it was not listed in the Fortnite Item shop. And you are right, it requires a lot of grinding to unlock all the items in the pack. It is 13 stages of rapidly growing distances you have to travel in Rocket Racing. I can see people at some point decide to wait until October 2025 :-) If you don't like Rocket Racing this will be no fun at all.
