For your information this skin is set to be November crew pack.Which is during og so they were aiming more for it to be a skin that gave off more of that old fortnite skin vibes. The more basic yet still cool skin vibes rather than 100% unique and last I checked November wasn't Halloween, therefore there's no reason anyone should expect this to be a Halloween looking skin.
