I feel like they're more like the FBC in Control, same thing, doing messed up things and working with paranatural objects, but the FBC feels more 'mundane'. There's a lot of boring offices, paperwork, and all that. IO seems similiar to that, their field operations and whatnot are intense and cool, but for the higher ups and lower downs in offices and bases, it's just filing paperwork all day.

I actually think The Last Realty has the zero point because when we played the mini game there were old locations from the chapter 1 map that were sucked into the zero point when it exploded before turning into a black hole.

I don't think that's how the black hole worked, it sucked everything in, yes, but then immediately used ALL the matter in it to remake the island, this is also why the chapter 1 map can't come in it's original form. Those old locations were used to make the new ones. But we also saw that in season 5, the Zero Point can also bring back old POIs, but not by taking it out of a black hole's pocket, but more by rewinding time for that particular section. So for it to make Flush Factory, it'd need to rewind that part of the island to the time Flush factory was added. Maybe the Aliens figured out how to control the Zero Point and made it spit out some of the old locations. Another point for the "Aliens have the Zero Point" Theory is the fact that in the trailer, the mother ship door's insides glow orange but the insides of the mothership's doors (the main one used for abducting POIs) in game glows Zero Point-y white and blue.

@@TheEpicGalaxy21 my theory isnt time travel but rift zones. think how the scientist was capable of rifting alternate versions of vaulted poi’s such as zombie retail row or gotham city. i think the io rewinded flush back for whatever reason, or otherwise lost control over that area and blasted some energy there replacing it with something they could control. and as for the poi’s inside the mothership, my guess is the aliens are experimenting with some zero point energy they stole but not the physical zero point, that one is under the island on the bridge in the impostors mode.

I think the Zero Point exists twice, in a way. There’s the version of it in the IO Base that Jonesy used to jump into The Loop, and then there’s one inside The Loop that we’ve seen in game over and over. The Last Reality has the version in The Loop while IO still has the version outside of it.

Good theory but there’s something called the bridge between the loop and real world they used cube energy to enter the bridge so this would be impossible

Another Idea could be that the Zero Point exists in both the Loop and outside of it at the same time. Similiar to how snapshots work for characters, except the Zero Point is more like a ball in the middle of two plane's of existence. Or maybe IO, foreseeing that they may not always have the Zero Point under their control, have created alternative methods of getting into the Loop and reality hopping (for collabs of course) that don't require the Loop. This must be what Batman, Jonesy and IO currently use.

No because the Zero point isn't always seen outside the map, it's usually in the I.O based unless it's brought up, like season 4 it was in the base but then Galactus ripped it out

that theory about chapter 2 being before chapter 1 in the storyline makes a lot of sense as you look through this season, the poi's being in the mothership and the fact that one of the memories in the concert is of the chapter 2 map, meaning it must have been in the past, i truly hope that theory is true, but one of the future live events could be us moving to a different reality so chapter 1 doesn't play out exactly the same

IO brought Rick in that has a portal gun, I believe Rick will portal the exploding mothership to another dimension before it crashes on the island. Here’s a theory that could tie into the upcoming season: So in one of the Batman x Fortnite comics we see that Renegade Raider tried to exit the map by boating off the island, but when she got far enough she discovered the entire map was floating in space on a giant piece of land. This also explains how Galactus was floating beside us back in season 4 chapter 2. People thought he was swimming beside us in the ocean but he was actually floating beside the island in space. Well my theory with why the island is floating is that it was once part of a planet. A planet that some people may recognize. The “Save The World” planet. So I think that the island was once on Earth (I don’t know if it actually *is* Earth but I’ll just call it that), but when the hordes of Husks attacked and the Storm engulfed the planet the Fortnite island was one of the last places with survivors. Somehow IO developed technology to launch the entire island into space, and were able to turn the island into a safe haven, which over thousands of years of them running it turned into the Battle Royale island. Also side note I think they might have used the crashed mothership that was under the island to fly the whole chunk into space. So with this all explaining the island floating in space, you may be wondering what happened to the Save The World planet? Well I think that Earth got completely corrupted and is where Kevin the Cube and all the Dark characters come from. I mean if IO has been operating for thousands of years and Earth has just been slowly and eventually taken over by the Storm King it would make sense they evolved overtime and start making Dark clones of humans and create Kevin. All of this could maybe be important for season 8 if the rumours of Kevin returning are true. And even if I’m completely wrong and am so far from the secrets of the lore of Fortnite, I hope you enjoyed reading this, because I enjoyed righting this. Get ready for operation Skyfire everyone!

I'm certain all Alien weapons will be vaulted, since the aliens will no longer be relevant. Similiar to how the makeshift and primal weapons got vaulted once season 7 started. If you're wondering which weapons are alien ones, they are: Kymera ray gun, grab-itron, alien nanites, and prop-i-fier. Everything else is IO's.

Mothership chests NEVER carry IO weapons, so the Prop-i-fier has to be an Alien weapon. Plus when it first came out, I'm pretty sure they said it was an alien item.

@@boobyegg2135 It is a little unclear sometimes, but it's usually clarified in the update blog posts. They usually give a small backstory about the new item in game in there, and it usually confirms how each weapon came to be and by who. Inflate-a-bulls were evasion devices. Plasma cannons were made with alien tech to destroy structures and so on. The Prop-i-fier and Grab-itron are indeed made and deployed by aliens. The Exotic Burst pulse rifle is a MODIFIED version of IO's one that the aliens took and changed. Probably to show how superior they are to IO's version. Some players and youtubers said it themselves "This exotic is way better than the mythic!". Either way, an easy way to confirm an item's ownership is using the current wildweek's legendary quest (the high tech one) about dealing damage with alien or IO weapons. Just take a high tech weapon, attack someone with it and see which challenge it counts for. If you try this after the wild week is over, there are some epic quests that have this "Deal damage with alien/ IO weapons"
