Try to set blocks of time for time consuming stuff like, showering, yard work, washing the dishes, cooking food, exercise, it really helps. Stuff like taking out the garbage and brushing your teeth is pretty quick and its just a matter of doing them or chaining all those quicker tasks together or like if you're exercising and then after that you take out the recycling and get the mail or something. A body in motion, tends to stay in motion.
