My guess is that since his sidearm and knife are not in game/usable items, they're simply molded as they appear on the Fortnite skin. Also possible that Epic Games didn't want a realistic looking gun attached to one of their products, collab or not.

Thank you for the review. Not saying this is a down grade or a bad figure, but I'm actually glad I passed on this. I would have waited over a year to be disappointed. I was curious and I think my expectations were more than the figure delivered.

So glad I canceled my preorder. The original promo pics made him look like the visor was gonna have a cel-shaded look to it. He has a bit of a bluish tinge to him, so he’s not really the black and gray that was shown. The sculpted holsters is another thing to bring down what could have been probably the best SE release. Not disappointed cause I didn’t waste any money on him.

Yeah...I'll be kit bashing. I got the Zartan Master of Disguise version to get a better colored Zartan. He came with a Snake Eyes head that is actually accurate colored to the original figure. Technically, the visor was grey (not silver or black.) So I swapped heads on my ver 2 Snake Eyes. I got this version because he has the silver visor along with the silver accents. I think I will take the best of Ver 2 Sanke Eyes and mix-mash until I have the "perfect" version. A version that nearly costs 100 @_@

Molded in accessories has to be a Fortnite licensing thing. Epic Games must not have allowed it. That’s the only thing I can think. So strange no matter what the reasoning.

Yeah FN figures have to have the exaggerated, cartoon style weapons with them. That's how you know this is a victory Royale figure and not a Classified one

So actually, it is accurate to the game that the gun and knife are stationary. Now, I think it would’ve been awesome to have a knife and pistol to take out, like his repaint ancestors, but I guess Hasbro is *THAT* clingy on accuracy.

Awesome review, cool figure but not worth the price in my opinion. I think the reason why they remolded the weapon pouches is due to the fact that this is a fortnite figure. Because in fortnite you can’t store weapons and his weapons aren’t removable in game so I assume thats why

I took Japanese for two years. Shu-Ri-Ken is how it's broken up in terms of Japanese "letters". So, the phonetics would actually be: Shoo-Ree-Ken.
