Are you Discount Bakery Equipment? 😅 We just purchased a machine like this from DBE (through another seller), it looks just like this but was missing the handle on the side. We are very impressed with the rebuild quality. Thanks for the good info! As for the 3.5 oz. max portion size, we were told by the seller that we'll be good up to 4 oz. pieces. Maybe that's why we've been struggling to get uniform 4 oz. bagels... Any tips?
