I remember the time when my cousin bought the BMW x5 XDrive 30D for 80 lakh on road in 2017 and that car is alot better than paying 60 lakh for this fortuner Although there has been a crazy price hike on that model too now But as i have travelled a lot in that x5 i can surely say that this car is nothing in comparison to what Bmw was offering with 20 lakh extra 261 bhp inline 6 cylinder with hell lot more features compared to what this car is offering in 2022. We all can agree even Bmw SUVs are known for their driving dynamics that car was a freaking beast That car road presence is like a giant beast rolling on road

@@jatinhaldankar88 u should know the basic thing that Toyota India import all their original vehicles as ckd unit or even cbu unit then came to Indian soil again have to assemble everything back to their superior quality standards and do quality check later supplied to dealerships in which these whole process is going above the margin as main TOYOTA Motor Corp making less profits then their Indian counterparts as they don't have manufacturers in India also their dealerships played the major role of increasing prices as they can put their markups on the listed msrp with that friendly govt charge double the taxes on them. There many explanation videos of fortuner actual price breakdown and who is charging how much time and who is making less profit maybe this is the reason of why Toyota always hike their prices
