Hey, I cannot help you much in this as I don't think so there is any specific number of adjustment. What I have seen is is workshop they throw the focus on the wall and ask the user how much and where he wants exactly. So will request you to pls visit the workshop

Nadeem Bhai firstly thanks a ton for this video;I have newly purchased crysta 2 months ago but projectors throw & intensity wise is very low when compared to my cousin old crysta,is there any way where we increase intensity by relay without tampering my warranty should I change bulbs

To be very honest I have driven Crysta a lot both old and new but in the city so have not noticed the projectors intensity. But both the projector are same technically. I will suggest don't change the projector LED bulb and you can change the halogen bulb which will help you whenever you use high beam. But please check the bulb you use fits without any alteration or cutout there are bulbs available which can be fitted directly also check with your nearest authorized Toyota dealers they might have few options in accessories.
