I managed to get onto the roof with a security guard and was able to even ride down to floor minus 2 via one of the service lifts

Yea, before the parking update you could use the service lift. This can be also done today, but now the floor -2 is a Staff Only Car Parking.

To enter floor -2, you must be a Game Staff or purchase the Store Manager Gamepass, as it includes a staff card for all areas.
