It was good to race with you again, even if I struggled to keep up ;) That Nissan is rather good in this Hopper; it’s got the grip to put in laptimes and AWD makes sure I can escape the “loonies” before Turn 1. While the midfield was a mess (RIP Super GT) I have found that the podium spots usually have clean racing. Sadly, the spread of talent is even wider in this game than in Forza Motorsport 6, I often find that myself and 1 or 2 others are far ahead of the pack by the end of Lap 1.

Great video, would like to see more kind of "frienemy" videos in the future with ya both if possible, since yall jokingly said that you re enemies now could be a running joke, maybe one where yall try to race with the same car in a lobby and see who can get further up the pack? I mean you definetly seem to be faster, but i think itd make for a fun video with all the random players that forza picks up in a lobby

Johnson's driving skills are far superior than most drivers in any hopper, yet he gets upset if some driver doesn't have skills equal to his. Most people are just in it for the fun and they're not going to take it that seriously. As many times as Johnson wins races he shouldn't be upset to come in second or third occasionally because some n00b unintentionally bumped him or got in his way. I still enjoy watching these races no matter what.

Hey mate, generally you're right, but you shouldn't forget that all of this is commentated live which means EMOTIONS. :D When I'm editing the videos I'm also thinking differently about some situations. And it's always a thin line between "unintentionally" and... let's say... "messy". :D

Kind of. You can be faster with TCS in those oversteering beasts. It's still decent without, but definitely way safer with TCS, especially in those lobbies. :D

It's not intentional though is it? Just look at where his braking points are. He brakes soooo late and still makes the corner, that's why he's so fast. The consequence of that is that he often hits people under braking because they start slowing down 30m earlier.... I know getting hit going into corners isn't a nice feeling, but if it keeps happening to you, you need to improve your braking.

Well firstly, not all cars have the same breaking power, so cant say the other car was too early or if, for example, the F1 from this video simply had great ones(The mustang definetly broke early in this case though), you have to be aware of the car ahead as well as your own while racing, or else you ll just punt everyone off and say "he was too slow in the corner", "he was in my racing line", "he broke too early", etc, sportmanship is a main factor in racing too you know. Secondly, breaking while following the racing line is much easier than making your own breaking points in the track and following it, its great to learn a track with it at first, but you may end up being stuck to that one racing line, and this is the thing about johnson, he s definetly not set to the racing line which makes him fast, but he is set to the breaking line, in fact he s so set to it that he often doesnt take note of the car ahead and punts it off, or at least i hope its that, if he does that conciously then its even worse... So yea, he is a fast racer, but could use some more sportmanship and try to remove the breaking line, because honestly i think he s good enough that he doesnt really need it since he s not set to its racing line and dont even follow it 100% of the time, but if it is in fact a crutch then he should try and learn to race withouth it
