When you consider the Xbox 360 is a 2005 console, it all becomes so much more amazing though, think how the Xbox 360 started out playing much much lower powered games, and it still managed to handle a game even with these decent graphics so I cannot complain at all, I've got horizon 3 on PC now and its good, the 360 version of horizon 3 (if they made it) would've had to look identical to forza horizon 2 as that's as far as they can push the Xbox 360

Here, how about this. The Horizon 2 map is significantly bigger than the Horizon 1 map. RIght? So with Horizon 1 having such a small map, the 360 can handle the map with some nice graphics. So if Horizon 2 has a bigger map, then the 360 can't handle the map with graphics on a Horizon 1 level. That's why the graphics are worse. Put some logic into it first dude.

I honestly don't agree to that. If you were to compare (for example) Need For Speed Rivals on Xbox 360 to Xbox One (or even PS3 to PS4), you can see that in the prev. gen console the graphics aren't as great, but at least they're pretty close and pretty much all the gameplay is the same. Forza Horizon 2, on the other hand, was just a let down on the 360 compared to the One.

Each DLC car is like £1.20 or something and a season pass is £40, which saves a lot of money, but is ridiculous when the game is only £20. I'm a bit late to the party, but the extra walls and lack of docks on the 360 for example are basically due to hardware limits. It has to do with collision detection, physics and memory. They might look the same on the surface, but they are actually quite different technically under the hood. Same goes for visual modding, and some physics mods.

I owned an Xbox One but quickly got bored as nobody I knew had one. 360 regardless of less graphical and performance power still is a more fun machine, and has a much better interface.. I'm still having my own debate on whether I should just get Forza Horizon 2 for the xbox 360 and saving 10 dollars, or having to wait for christmas to come and ask my parents to get an xbox one with Forza Horizon 2. I really wanted to get Forza Horizon 2, but when I saw this comparison, I mean I still wanted to get it, but I would prefer to get the xbox one version because there's more stuff that you can do on the xbox one version. I don't have the xbox one, by the way. I don't see why Forza Horizon 2 on the xbox 360 and xbox one are so different. Obviously, the xbox one version would have better graphics, but comparing those graphics to the 360 version makes the 360 version look like a DLC expansion pack for Forza Motorsport 2. Why didn't they just make Forza Horizon 2 exactly the same on both consoles? I mean, Need For Speed Rivals, Battlefield 4, and COD Ghosts are the exact same on the 360 and xbox one, besides the graphics, and those were good games! As for the car list, the Ariel Atom was one of the cars that I was hoping to get my hands on right when I bought the game. But, when I found out that the Ariel was not going to make it to the 360 version, along with 25+ other cars, I was most concerned. The xbox 360 version has 197 cars, while the xbox one version has 220 cars. Why? At least the Lamborghini Gallardo is still able to get on the 360 version, and I understood that the Huracan was going to take my favorite car's place. Looking at the demo gameplay from other youtubers, I've seen that you were able to drive endlessly offroad and drive around large amounts grasslands. But why must there be more barriers on the 360 that prevent you from driving in places that so many people were itching to drive around, such as the golf course? And the weather? Hello? They said that there was going to be weather in Forza Horizon 2, but where is the weather on the 360 version? There was weather in GTA V, Need For Speed Rivals, Midnight Club, Battlefield 4, even Mario Kart! Was it that hard for them to perform something that many other game companies can easily perform? I mean, seriously? It's a shame how different Forza Horizon 2 on both consoles are, even if they're supposed to be the exact same game! Both versions are supposed to offer and reward you with the exact same experience that every gamer wants. Maybe one day, Playground games will learn something from Rockstar, Frostbite, and Nintendo. I'll think I'll be getting Forza Horizon 2 for the Xbox 360, but they need to do a better job if they plan to make the next Forza game for that console, because they were focusing way too much on the Xbox One version.

The reason why the golf course and docks aren't on Xbox 360 version is because they aren't mapped as a drivable surface to preserve space on Xbox 360 as they don't have a lot of memory

A rip off? Umm no, you should be thankful it came out on the 360 at all. Fh2 pushes the 360 to it's absolute limits, so sections of the map are fenced off, not due to lazy programming but because a console from 2005 can only handle so much.

Things are locked off and customization is limited because of disc space. They used DVDs and the Xbox One uses blu-ray discs. A Dual Layer DVD(what the Xbox 360 used) has a maximum capacity of 8.5GB. Bluray discs, what the PS3, PS4, and Xbox One use, have a maximum capacity of 50GB.

What pissed me off about the 360 version was the fact that they REMOVED CARS!!!!!!! Over 30 of them!!!!!! Why did they remove them! They also removed BODY PARTS!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
