@@PuffyWidow because you can tune the fh4 toyota 2jz up to 1600 hp. this is obviously an absurd bhp from a 90's car but it can be done. The community was hoping to be able to tune this 2jz to the same figures, but the devs felt like this was not suitable. with that extra 360 hp the car would most likely be op, so people are annoyed that the devs restricted the hp to 1300. hope this helps

Never gonna happen. They would both be x class stock in fh4. Playground games would have to adopt Forza motorsport's E/D/C/B/A/S/R/P/X class system for Fh5 in order for those cars to be in a horizon game. Because the general rule of thumb is that no road legal car should be x class stock. Edit: Forza motorsport generally favors better handling cars when it comes to pi rating, instead of horizon's more horsepower oriented pi system. So for example, if and when they add the Valkyrie, it would sit right at the top of R 899, where cars like the venom f5 and the tuatara would be at the very bottom of R 800-810.
