I really hope that one day, FH5 or any FH game will get an expansion map dominated by a city. It obviously wouldn't work as the main map for a game because you want a reason to drive rally cars and offroaders, but a "Mexico City expansion" or something, would be great. Or in a future game, honestly most countries have cities big enough to be a map. Like even in previous games, Denver, Turin/Marseille, Sydney, Glasgow/Manchester could all have been great city maps that never happened. (Maybe not Denver because grid but you know what I mean)

@@notprosperBEATS Japan would be a great setting for a city map, but we've been expecting a Japan-set game since FH3 now and they didn't seem to be caring much about it (although maybe their next game is actually set in Japan, idk, I'm not turn 10) Mexico city is still pretty good, it's certainly big enough.

Those were pretty awesome I liked the Alpine resort and that other race the best can't remember what it's called though so one that had guana Walla in it maybe the developers will see the creative talent of these people and say hey maybe we can use some of these ideas and now we know what the players want and what they're looking for let's see if we can slap some of that in the game and make it even better

when playground and microsoft are more far on their asses with the expansion DLC, the community do the expansion themselves in the game. this remembered me to the reskined roads from the first horizon to the rally DLC. good times.

I'm actually the designer of the Factory Gymkhana and that took about 25-30 hours to build and treat it exactly like I would when I played Minecraft a lot. I don't get 'release anxiety' and want to release release release. I just see it as some big elaborate build I want to make and enjoy the experience, listen to podcasts in the background rather than watching TV on a night. I find it super relaxing. You definitely need to be in that zen frame of mind though because they take a long time to build.

Anyone in the comments section, have you ever done the gauntlet in a stock peel p50. Me and my friends did it a couple days ago and it took us an hour. There were 6 of us to begin with and only 3 made it to the finish as they raged so hard when they spun out

For those wondering how to make a smooth maps, dont move your right stick. and it takes about 3-6 hours to make a smooth path. the detail is what kills ya.

I feel like to would be dope for you to literally take in objects from other games. Buildings, yes, but also like full on festival props from other games too, you could remake festival locations from previous games, or kinda mix the best parts of your favourite horizon games into one map lol. I mean, actually being able to fuckin select bamburgh castle from FH4, and fuckin place it fuckin down in fuckin Mexico holy mother of god.
